About the Role
As a Prefinishing Coordinator, you will play a key role in scheduling and coordinating outside vendor processing for color matching and door finishing. You’ll work closely with vendors, sales, and production to ensure orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate outside vendor processing for color matching and door finishing
  • Place purchase orders and manage order tracking in the ERP system
  • Monitor vendor progress and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate shipping and transportation of materials and finished products
  • Communicate order status updates with sales and production teams
  • Update order timelines and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with inventory processes and related data entry
  • Work with customer service and vendors on external color matching
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with finishing vendors

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of prefinishing processes preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems, purchase orders, and order lookup
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and efficient
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to improve processes
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality standards

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Wage: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
