Lynden Door is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our production teams and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This role is a mix of hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and project work—ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with people, and making things better every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, process optimization, waste reduction)
• Support equipment, layout, and workflow improvements across the plant
• Assist with projects from concept through implementation
• Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
• Experience with automation or high-volume production is a plus
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks or similar preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
