About the Role
As a Curriculum Developer & Facilitator, you will design and develop training curriculum that supports leaders and teams across our Family of Companies. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, build purpose-driven learning experiences, and facilitate impactful training sessions. This role blends creativity, organization, and leadership influence to help strengthen team capability and culture.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments with leadership to identify training and development needs
Develop custom curriculum, tools, and learning resources based on business needs
Ensure adult learning best practices are incorporated into all training materials
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements through feedback loops
Develop surveys, gather feedback data, and prepare summary reports
Support scheduling, setup, and coordination of training events
Prepare materials (printing, binding, organizing training resources, etc.)
Provide administrative and facilitation support to the Employee Development Team as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience developing and facilitating training curriculum or related learning content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
High integrity, professionalism, and respect for others
Passion for serving others and contributing to a healthy team culture
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Certification in Instructional Design or experience with course authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage: $28.00 - 33.00/Hr DOE
