As a Shipping Team Member and Forklift Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely moving materials within the warehouse and strategically loading trailers for shipment. Our shipping area operates like a giant puzzle—products must be placed with care and precision to maximize space, protect product quality, and keep things running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are loaded accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely move and organize doors and materials throughout the warehouse using a forklift.

  • Load semi-trailers strategically to maximize space, maintain product integrity, and ensure safe transport.

  • Arrange materials in a way that keeps the warehouse organized and efficient.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

  • Identify and report any quality concerns.

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with other departments.

Work Schedule: Typical hours are Monday–Friday, between 6:00am–3:45pm, with overtime and occasional Saturdays depending on workload.

To Be a Forklift Driver, You Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with sit-down forklifts.

  • Strong skills in loading/unloading trailers and handling product at high volumes with care.

  • A keen eye for detail and safety.

  • Basic knowledge of door construction types and applications (training provided).

  • A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21.00 per hour and up depending on experience
