Lynden Door is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Team Member to join our Materials Department. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inbound materials, supporting the entire organization in meeting daily operational demands. What You’ll Do:
- Schedule delivery appointments and direct inbound drivers to unloading docks
- Perform receiving inspections on inbound material per LDI procedures
- Label all inbound materials upon receipt
- Transact goods receipts and create complete receiving packets
- Communicate material issues with the Purchasing team
- Create transfers and replenish inventory across the campus
- Verify accuracy of transfers and complete posting transactions
- Conduct spot checks and item counts
- Respond to emails in the shared department inbox
- Create and post inventory batch adjustments
- Support Materials Handler responsibilities as needed
- Follow all safety policies and ensure safe working practices

Compensation & Benefits:
- Wage: $20.50 and up (based on experience)
