Machining – Product Packager / Door Assembler

Location: Lynden Door – 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Packager / Door Assembler, you’ll work with your hands and as part of a team to prepare and package custom doors for shipment across the U.S. and Canada. This role includes:

• Using hand tools and woodworking tools to assemble specialty doors
• Adding components like glass or decorative inlays
• Packaging finished door products according to safety and quality standards
• Troubleshooting minor issues to ensure quality
• Working closely with other team members to meet production timelines

What We're Looking For:

You don’t need prior experience in door manufacturing, but these qualities will help you succeed:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills, especially with fractions (e.g., 1/16 of an inch)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Light construction or woodworking experience is a plus
• Mechanical or carpentry aptitude is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
