Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who loves working with machines and problem solving! Someone who takes pride in providing a service of quality and efficiency. We provide a very team focused department that takes a collaborative and supportive approach while serving our Production floor by keeping everything running.

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting our plant's machines, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. You will also perform machine tuning, equipment repairs, upgrades, fabrication, or building maintenance in our warehouse as needed. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to achieve our goals and exceed the industry's standards for product quality.

Hours: Day Shift Monday-Friday, 40 hours. Overtime as needed.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and mechanical systems.
  • High personal integrity and a proactive, solutions-driven approach to troubleshooting and maintenance challenges.
  • Basic computer skills, with familiarity in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) a plus.
  • A solid commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and shop organization.
  • 3+ years experience in industrial maintenance roles or work in a closely related trade or technical fields.
  • Experience working with precision tolerances in machining and fabrication environments (preferred but not required).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in expanding your technical skill set and contributing to a team.
  • The ability to work full-time day shifts (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week), with overtime opportunities available.
