HOURS: 3:45PM - 12:30AM or 1:30AM 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday (overtime as needed)

DAILY TASKS:

• Produce finished goods by setting up and operating machinery.
• Consistent Problem solving
• Provide quality control for finished products.
• Verify Settings for Machine
• Document and communicate actions to in-coming shift

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seek to learn more about your space to develop expertise.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; keeping records, maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs.
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to Supervisor.
• Commitment to being a reliable and steady team member.

• Interest in basic trouble shooting.
• Ability to suggest and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage workflow effectively to meet manufacturing order due dates.
• Positive, self-motivated and solution-focused attitude.
• Desire to learn a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills, knowledge of fractions and decimals.
• Commitment to being a reliable and steady team member.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Entry wage starts at $20.00 + 1.75/hr Swing Shift Differential Pay (reviewed in 90 days)
• Hours worked over 40/hrs in a week paid at time and a half
