As a Shipping Team Member and Forklift Driver, you will be in charge of packaging doors and loading them onto trucks. As a team, we often load out a dozen or more trucks in a day, carefully in order and cubed to maximize weight. You will also be part of a team that works together to meet production and shipping deadlines so we can honor our commitments to customers.
As a Forklift Driver, You Will:
- Use your super skills to package doors and load them onto trucks with precision and care.
- Follow safety standards like a pro.
- Spot and fix any quality issues.
- Communicate and cooperate with other departments.
- Work Monday-Friday, 3:45pm-12:30am (Plus overtime and occasional Saturdays, depending on workload).
To Be a Forklift Driver, You Need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with sit-down forklifts.
- A passion for quality work, especially moving product at high volumes carefully. Shipping department forklift drivers are some of the most experienced and skilled in our workforce.
- A keen eye for detail and safety.
- A basic knowledge of door construction types and applications (we will train.)
- A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
As a Forklift Driver, You Will Get:
