Job Details:

Position: General Laborer - Lumber Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM (Four 10-hour shifts)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs and above comfortably Capability to stand for 8-9 hours per day Commitment to working safely and efficiently Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively in a team environment with laborers, supervisors, and operators Utilize a tape measure to accurately measure and cut lumber as per specifications Execute tasks such as stacking, sorting, and labeling lumber Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards consistently Thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail Embrace learning new skills and processes as required Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for hands-on work and eagerness to learn Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively Reliability and punctuality are essential Desire to grow within the organization Benefits:
